amazing stay!
room upgrade helpful staff surprise biscuits
I'm so thrilled with my room upgrade! it was really spacious and had such a great view. the reception staff were massively helpful, they answered all my questions and gave superb directions. i also loved the coffee and biscuits provided in the room. I found them in the wardrobe, what a surprise!
The on switch for the aircon is a small button on top of the wall control. At my height of 5.3 i couldn't see it, this should be easier to find!

the hotel's location is very convenient, and several restaurants can be reached within a brief walk. i particularly enjoyed dining at a nearby lebanese restaurant, and it was an easy walk from the train station.

basic stay with some ISSUES
shower hairs uncomfortable bed
the location was convenient for accessing nearby shops and restaurants it met my basic needs.
the cleanliness was not up to standard i found hairs in the shower left by a previous guest the bed was also quite uncomfortable i could feel the springs. the room was noisy.

The staff was helpful.
The room décor seemed very dated, giving the impression it hadn't been updated in years. The shower temperature fluctuated significantly. It went from lukewarm to freezing cold mid-wash multiple times.

a really nice stay
clean room helpful staff great breakfast
I found the room clean and well appointed. It really was. the staff seemed friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. there was a great choice available at the self-service breakfast. I like that families can visit for breakfast too.
I found it slightly annoying to have to pay for parking and meals separately! i think it would be better if it was added to a final invoice. It would make things easier.

The room included a comfortable bed and a television with several channels. i noticed the presence of tea and coffee making facilities, a great addition. the bathroom had fresh towels. They were soft!

The reception staff was available 24 hours a day. That's convenient! i appreciated the quick response to my queries. they provided clear directions to local attractions. That's useful.

The room was very clean. The decor was bright and fun.
I booked a twin room for my son and me. The twin beds were together, similar to a double bed, which defeats the purpose. The beds had wheels, so we couldn't lean against the wall because the beds would move.
